1. DMCA Compliance

Reedstreams ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims related to our website (the "Service").

Reedstreams does not host, upload, or store any streaming content on our servers. Our Service acts solely as an aggregator of links to live sports streams hosted by third-party providers. 2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content linked through Reedstreams infringes your copyright, we encourage you to contact the third-party hosting provider directly, as they are responsible for the content. However, if you wish to submit a DMCA takedown notice to Reedstreams to remove a link to allegedly infringing content, please provide a written notification containing the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that a link was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice in error, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including the URL(s) where it appeared on Reedstreams.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Repeat Infringers

Reedstreams reserves the right to terminate access to our Service for users or third-party providers who are repeat infringers of copyright, as determined in our sole discretion.

5. Limitations

Reedstreams is not responsible for the content hosted by third-party providers. We act only as a conduit for linking to external streams and cannot guarantee the legality or accuracy of such content. Any disputes regarding the content itself should be directed to the hosting provider.
